ABSTRACT
In this study paper, the function of promoters in a company’s incorporation will be highlighted. The scope of promoters, or who can be a promoter, will also be covered in the research paper. The obligations that a promoter has to the firm will be covered in the document, along with the rights and obligations of a promoter to the company. To clearly understand the research topic, an analysis of the pertinent conclusions must be made. Comparing the Company Law in India with the Company Law in other countries would help analyze the promoters’ position globally.
