ABSTRACT

Being born a woman is a constant hardship and, in many cultures, “a scourge,” as gender is trivialized by societal, cultural, and religious conventions. Males have been conditioned to believe that they are natural leaders, family carers, and upholders of social norms. On the other hand, women are continually urged to take on caregiving responsibilities, cautioned to behave honorably, and urged to get ready for marriage. Women can never be looked at as being backward in any form or under any circumstances since, in the times we live in now, they are already prepared to move forward and walk side by side with their male counterparts. She had been forbidden for a very long time, but now that she is defying the conventional wisdom that women are only better at being carers and homemakers, she is dismantling all social barriers. The goal of this study paper is to provide a thorough grasp of the socioeconomic-political difficulties faced by working women. In order to protect women’s interests in the workplace and advance real equality in society, the author recognizes and addresses the need for effective law implementation.
