ABSTRACT
The article intends to reflect a brief Analysis of the Doctrine of Indoor Management and Doctrine of Constructive Notice in consonance with company law. The article sheds light upon the meaning of the two doctrines, how these doctrines have been evolved and used in the Indian judicial system and why both doctrines are considered to be in contrast with each other. Lastly, the article provides critique and usefulness of both the doctrines for the companies and people contracting with the companies.
